1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from jubilogifts.com, a website operated by HUY DAU LANH LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. Our products are intended for adults.

3. Products & Made-to-Order Model

Jubilogifts offers adult apparel, T-shirts, hoodies, and shoes. All items are printed to order and produced upon order. Because products are made to order, slight variations in color or placement may occur between the on-screen preview and the finished item.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is accepted through PayPal and is collected in full at checkout. The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout. A flat shipping fee of $4.95 applies to each order.

5. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or payment cannot be verified. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US territories, or international destinations. Production and delivery timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review it for the full terms, including the 30-day return window and cancellation timeframe.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on jubilogifts.com, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to HUY DAU LANH LLC and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Do not submit false information when placing an order.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HUY DAU LANH LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
