Easy returns, exchanges, and refunds

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Because every item is printed to order, we ask that returned products be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. We accept returns for both defective items and change-of-mind or sizing reasons.

Change-of-Mind & Sizing Returns

If the item simply isn't right for you, or you need a different size, you can return it within the 30-day window.

Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fee you paid.

How to Start a Return

1. Email our teamSend a message to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive your labelWe email you a free prepaid return shipping label for change-of-mind, sizing, defective, and wrong-item returns.
3. Pack the itemPlace the item back in its original condition and packaging, then attach the label.
4. Ship it backDrop the package off with the carrier noted on your label.
5. Get your refund or exchangeOnce we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund or send your exchange.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We accept direct exchanges. Start the same way as a return, and tell us the size or item you'd like instead. Your replacement is printed to order once your original item is on its way back to us.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal balance or the original card used through PayPal). The original shipping fee is non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defective or wrong item.

Order Cancellation

Because items are produced upon order, cancellation is time-sensitive. You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, before it enters production. Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may still be eligible for a return under the terms above.
